This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit https://iknewu.com, create an account, buy credits or a plan, contact support, or generate images and videos.
“We,” “us,” and “our” mean IKnewU, operated by IKnewU. “You” means a visitor, account holder, or customer.

We collect and use this information to provide IKnewU, process payments, give support, enforce the Terms of Service, keep the service safe, and meet legal record-keeping needs. We send marketing email only if you opt in. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
We do not sell your personal data.
We share information only with processors who help us run IKnewU:
- MoneyGo — current one-time new purchases
- Stripe — earlier purchases, if any (privacy policy)
- PayPal — earlier purchases, if any (privacy policy)
Anyway is currently unavailable for new purchases. We do not send new-purchase payment data to Anyway.
- Umami — website analytics (privacy policy)
- PostHog — product analytics (privacy policy)
- Google — optional Google login (privacy policy)
- GitHub — earlier GitHub login, if you connected one (privacy policy)
- Cloud object storage and AI model providers — store uploads/outputs and run generation jobs
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer with confidentiality protections.
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for payments, security, and legal records. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify remaining personal data within 90 days, except records we must keep longer (for example payment and tax records).
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
